My requirement is to login to a site (say, www.monster.com as an jobseeker or employer), do a complex search and store the tabulated result to a data store.
Is this possible using this tool (with additional development effort)?

Well, you would have to write SOME code to log into the site... but this isn't difficult if you are more than a complete novice at C#.
...and, well, you'll have to write SOME code to store the data, your 'tabulated result'...
